Synrgy 360 is a unique fitness acceleration program that consists of scheduled training sessions that offer all the benefits of working in a group setting with an expert fitness coach. With the help of a fitness trainer your Synrgy 360™ sessions will provide unlimited ways to exercise, and a way to do it while having FUN with others in the group setting.


Zumba® Fitness is a feel-happy workout that combines a motivating fusion of Latin and international music with unique moves and dynamic combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be “Fun and Easy to Do” allowing Zumba® Fitness participants to stick to the program and achieve long-term health benefits in both body and mind. A mixture of body-sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps, the routines utilize the principles of aerobic interval and resistance training. A combination of fast and slow rhythms tone and sculpt the body, maximizing caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. Burn up to 800 calories plus in one class!


Zumba Gold is designed to meet the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. It’s a dance-fitness class set to zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia, and reggaeton. The easy-to-follow moves and modified pacing create a fun, invigorating, party-like atmosphere. Invite your friends and make this class part of your weekly schedule!


Zumba Step Fitness/Fundamental Moves 60%– Dance Moves- 40% – Take lower body workouts and calorie burning to new heights with Zumba® Step, the newest Zumba® program. Tone and strengthen glutes and legs with a gravity-defying blend of Zumba routines and step aerobics.


Body Impact

BodyImpact is a fun way to get your work-out in, you will tone and develop lean muscle while incorporating today’s most popular songs! Bring your own work-out mat to use!


Kid Synergy 360 was developed to promote active healthy habit kids between the ages of 9 and 12 years old. Our Trainer will take your child through a series of exercises in a group setting, using fundamental training techniques that incorporate aerobics, muscle and bone strengthening all while building coordination, balance and self confidence!


Spin Classes

Spin Classes are an excellent way to burn some calories and relieve stress. The workout employs a stationary bike, which has various tension levels. Spinning is a low impact exercise. This means that it won’t put pressure on knees and joints, as other aerobic or running exercises do, while building increased cardio endurance. The workout is also recommended for people that suffer from arthritis. The instructor will motivate you throughout the intensive workout. In addition, there will be Music and Visuals that make the class not just a great work out but also entertaining! Class sizes are limited so make sure you sign up on the sheet at the front desk!


Jump Fitness

Jump Fitness will give you an intensive cardiovascular workout that has one-fifth the impact on the back and the knees as running and burns more calories in less time. Jumping rope for 10 minutes at 150 turns per minute is equal to 30 minutes of running between six and seven miles per hour! Jump rope skippers of all levels are welcome and there is no pressure to do every move. It’s natural to start slow and take breaks, eventually you will build up your endurance enough to be able to do the whole class. Bring your own jump rope!
